Hold each note for 8 seconds. A good hold moves you to the next note, so your hands stay on the horn. Pitch is shown in cents: within 10 of zero is in tune.
Play the notes in order at any speed. Each one turns green when the app hears it.
Play freely. The app shows each note it hears, with its fingering and pitch.
Resting is how your lips rebuild. Take the horn off your face and let them loosen.

Metronome
The drone holds a steady note to tune against by ear. While it plays, the tuner only reads sound louder than the drone, so play close to the phone or use headphones.
Green means you are on the note. Yellow means you are between notes, and it tells you which way to move. If most notes say go down, pull your main tuning slide out a little. If most say go up, push it in.
Notes are named as written for B♭ trumpet. Other tuners show concert pitch, which is one whole step lower, so your C reads as B♭ there.
Which valves play this note?
No horn needed, so this works during quiet hours. Leave all three up for an open note.
